Why is my payment failing?

If you are experiencing issues with your subscription payment, it may be helpful to cancel your current subscription and then re-subscribe. This will ensure that your old subscription is properly cancelled and that the new subscription is properly established. Please note that we only store one email address, so any subscription associated with that email address will be noted as cancelled by PayPal or our secondary payment process if it is not properly cancelled before re-subscribing. I just found out my Sanitas subscription was canceled. Why?

We do not store any of your financial information and do not control subscription or cancellation processes. We do not cancel them. If you are experiencing issues with your subscription or payment, it is recommended to re-subscribe. This is most often due to an expiration date or the replacement of your card. It is important to ensure that your financial information with PayPal is up-to-date if this applies to you. I just purchased a subscription and immediately canceled because I did not want my subscription to be renewed automatically. Why am I blocked?

After logging in, if you are prompted to log in again when transitioning to segment 2, it may be due to the browser not accepting cookies. To avoid this, ensure that your browser has cookies enabled. Additionally, if you are utilizing an RSS or iTunes feed, the files are stored in a separate server which will require a separate login. You can set your browser to remember the login information. What is the difference between a recurring and a non-recurring subscription.

A recurring subscription renews automatically every three months and is offered at a discounted rate as a way to reward our loyal customers. On the other hand, a non-recurring subscription does not renew automatically and is not discounted, but rather is offered at a flat rate of $39 per quarter. It's important to note that if you cancel a recurring/discounted subscription, access to our system will stop immediately. On the other hand, if you have a non-recurring subscription, it will simply expire and you will need to re-subscribe if you wish to continue using our service. Please consider these tradeoffs carefully when choosing a subscription type that best fits your needs. Please note that, as stated in our terms and conditions and communicated to you at the time of subscription, discounted/recurring subscriptions lose access immediately upon cancellation, regardless of how much time is remaining on the subscription. We no longer offer non-recurring subscriptions. If you have a discounted/recurring subscription and are considering cancelling, we suggest waiting until your subscription is due to renew before doing so. This will allow you to continue listening to our hundreds of shows (past, present, and future) until your subscription expires. If you have not yet subscribed and are considering cancelling, we recommend choosing a non-discounted/non-recurring subscription instead. Please only subscribe if you intend to stay with us on a long-term basis and are aware that cancelling will result in the loss of access to our systems. My subscription was canceled and I lost my grandfathered rate. If I renew, can I get my grandfathered rate back?

Currently, there are no grandfathered rates and all recurring subscriptions are at the same price of $29.99 per quarter. You can re-subscribe by clicking on the SUBSCRIBE button above.

I cannot log in to SANITAS. Why?

There are several potential reasons why you may be experiencing difficulty logging into your account. These include:

1. Typing errors: Make sure you are carefully entering your login information, including case sensitivity.

2. Cancelled discounted subscription: Discounted subscriptions lose access upon cancellation. Check your email or PayPal history for confirmation of cancellation.

3. Failed renewal payment: If your renewal payment is failing, you will be notified by PayPal. Make sure to update your financial information in order to avoid cancellation.

4. Forgotten password: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Lost Your Password" link on the login page and entering your email address/username.

Can I change my SANITAS password?

At this time, we are unable to change passwords assigned by our payment processing vendors. Although I receive the newsletter stating a new show is up, I don't see it on the Web site. Why?

To resolve this issue, you can try performing a "force refresh" by pressing the control and F5 buttons simultaneously on your keyboard (depending on your browser). Your files are extremely large and I have a slow connection. Any suggestions?

Yes, indeed. Our files are large because it is a priority to offer the best audio quality possible (128 kbps / CD audio quality). Hardly any other show makes this available to you. You can also purchase our futuristic 8GB metal cased USB drivers with each available season (plus bonus material) by visiting the Sanitas Store.

Do you offer CDs for each show?

Unfortunately, we do not offer CDs for each show. However, we do offer a 8GB metal cased USB drive containing each season per USB drive. This is the most feasible and practical solution for those who may not have the time, bandwidth or space in their computers to download our programs. Plus, the USB drive contains bonus material available exclusively in the Sanitas Store. Every year, the preceding season will be available at the beginning of the year.

Do you offer transcripts?

Sanitas used to offer transcripts in the past, but due to our growth, we are no longer able to offer that service. However, in previous seasons, inside of our radio programs, you may find a caption "Transcript Available" that indicates when transcripts are available.

How can I listen to you via terrestrial or satellite radio?

At this time, it is not possible to listen to our content via terrestrial or satellite radio. We have had an unfortunate experience with terrestrial radio stations in the past, as they sought to edit our content and fill the space with commercials. We understand the need for commercials, but strongly oppose any kind of censorship. We are currently exploring the possibility of pursuing satellite radio as an alternative way to bring our content to listeners. We appreciate your interest in our content and hope to have an update soon. In the meantime, please stay tuned for further updates as we continue to pursue this opportunity.

Why do you charge for your show when others do not?
